Not to worry! When you join, we'll go over everything that you need based on your current situation and show you how to prepare and how to ease your way into the program. We do recommend you jump into our private Facebook support group where there so many tips and videos from real woman doing this.
You will have a Personal trainer guiding you step by step through your workouts. They are there to motivate you, make sure your form is correct, and make sure you are maximizing your workouts. You will also be added to our accountability group where you will not only have the support of our team but the hundreds of other women in our program who are working towards similar goals. We also weigh you in weekly to make sure you're on track for hitting the goals you set at the beginning of the program.
Our exercise program has been designed by us JUST FOR WOMEN, so the exercise sessions are always structured to the goals we have! There are a variety of levels, and you can start simple and slow and develop strength and stamina.
